The Bus driver ( man in his 40/50s) arrived at 11:28 fresh and smiling like HE was on holiday! Of course this gave a delay of 20 minutes, also he ask with arrogance for 10 extra krona to store my 10kg standards luggage in the bus! When I argued that the website says you can bring a small backpack + a luggage till 25kilos he replied me “ my bus my rule”. Completely avoid this company!

Pure garbage service
Pure garbage service, so happy to see them on strike indefinitely. I hope the company folds, they won't be missed. From late dirty buses to condescending fat bus drivers. Collect your P45s and move on.
Atrocious
Where do you even begin with this company..? Busses are very rarely on time, I've given up even checking the times. It's a get there and hope most days. Busses are frequently cancelled with no warning or reason. The drivers seem to strike every year. Literally. Every. Damn. Year. The tickets are bad for value. There's no way to stay cool on a hot day as the 2 windows that actually open couldn't fit a kitten through. Drivers constantly shut the doors in people's faces because they arrived 0.2 seconds too late.
If we are meant to going green, and ditching cars, Arriva will seriously need to up their game, because as it stands, they are an absolute shambles.

Credit where credit's due. I thought with disruptions to services being frontline news for yesterday and today I wasn't holding out much hope of getting to and from work. But actually buses were better than usual - dead on time and drivers with a chat and a smile even though they must have been sweltering in the cab. Arriva your bus app is still worse than useless though - can't track a bus at all and difficult to to see if bus is running at all. Seems it's a common issue that many bus users are complaining about. According to your replys it's a known issue you are working on! How long for.
Bus number 280 Dewsbury
Bus number 280, time 14.38 Dewsbury bus stop number 45015166. I have waved at the bus and a woman driver instead of stopping started shouting to me with anger on her face while waving hands to me. It’s 30 degrees outside really needed to be home as felt dizzy. Very rude. Not to first time

Quite possibly the worst bus service in the universe.
Last buses cancelled though the app says they are running until about 2 minutes before arrival. Though the bus starts about an hour away
Just ridiculous. Avoid, avoid, avoid.

AVOID this new tap on tap off service- it is a gimmick so you dont know how much you are paying.... ive been overcharged. twice i believe ... use CASH at all times unless buying day ticket

The number 7 in Telford is a really bad service.
The number 7 in Telford is a really bad service ,as the buses never turn up ,i have been so late for work on many occasions and have to sometimes quickly book a taxi instead ,
after waiting 4o mins for the bus ,The drivers are so rude they don't even look at you or say a word ,if you mention any concerns they start back chatting you , customer service is zero !!!

Arriva is the Worst Bus Services.. Fares too high but rubbish services always cancelled or delayed.. special school term times atleast 4-5 buses cancelled on Watford route 10 & 20 even though there is increasing passenger demand. Passengers are always left stranded by this Rubbish company.. I always see lot of passengers waiting for bus and then they are so shameless they cancel 2 buses in a row in evening times where already their bus frequency is crap.
During school times passengers are left stranded as the buses won't stop claiming full and during term breaks, Arriva completely shamelessly cancels buses in a row and leaves their passengers stranded. I don't understand why are they even given the bus contracts by Watford council in the first place??? So many complaints everywhere about Arriva still Watford council won't budge. So don't know who is to blame Arriva or the Council??
Very annoyed elderly bus passenger
Totally disgusted by the treatment this morning by the driver of 44 bus going from haymarket bus station to wigston at 10:15. Queens Road was closed due to road resurfacing, the bus sailed past the turning and didn’t stop till it reached Carisbrooke Road. The driver could clearly see that three of us (including a woman with some difficulty walking) we’re ready to get off the bus. He could have stopped quite safely along Victoria Park Road, leaving us with a short walk to Queens Road. He chose to not stop resulting in a mile walk back to Queens Road for three of us including a woman with clear walking difficulties. Absolutely disgraceful.

I don’t think they deserve one star, I pre booked my ride, guess what they cancelled while i was standing at the bus stop waiting
i got the following message!
“ We're sorry to report that there are no available vehicles to fulfill your pre-scheduled journey. Sometimes we get cancellations, so you may be able to book an on-demand journey after a few minutes.”
I hope TFL busses start running soos so we don’t have to make use of this useless service !!

The bus was diverted and there was no notice exept a notice that was put out like a month ago and it said till 23rd of june or something and i was late home as the next bus came in an hour update your notices and the bus driver tried and scam my friend by saying £3.10 then putting £4.10 on the machine get better staff
You’re better off walking
I’ve used arriva buses every day for 7 years and I hated every second of it. Never on time, didn’t follow covid restrictions and 90% of the bus drivers are the worst people to walk the earth.
